Guest Management and Protocol

The guest management and protocol team is responsible for guest management, welcome services and protocol matters for the 17,000 UEFA VIP guests attending UEFA EURO 2020. Guest management operations are carried out at airports, hotels and stadiums, where national and international guests from the world of sport and politics will be welcomed.

Guest management volunteers will be the first and main point of contact for these guests and are essential for the smooth delivery of the guest experience. They will welcome guests at airports, hotels or stadiums, provide them with information about the tournament and the host cities, and handle their questions and requests.

VIPS Hotel Operations Volunteer

    • Period: 6 June – 30 June
    • 15 shifts 

As a VIPS hotel Operations Volunteer you are responsible for monitoring the reception, arrival and departure of UEFA guests. You are responsible for the VIPS Hotel Welcome Services Volunteer.

VIPS Hotel Welcome Services Volunteer

    • Period: 6 June – 30 June
    • 15 shifts 

As a VIPS Hotel Welcome Desk Volunteer you greet and register guests at the hotel at the welcome desk. You answer questions from UEFA guests at the hotel.

VIPS Venue Guest Service Volunteer

    • Period: 6 June – 30 June
    • 10 shifts 

As a VIPS Venue Guest Services Volunteer you welcome the VIP guests and you provide personal guidance and provide them with information.

VIPS Venue Operations Volunteer

    • Period: 6 June – 30 June
    • 10 shifts 

As a VIPS Venue Operations Volunteer you will support the VIP Venue Manager in areas of Guest Management around and during the match days.

VIPS Venue Ticketing Volunteer
As a VIPS Venue Ticketing Volunteer you staff the VIP welcome desk and support the VIP guests with ticket-related matters.
