Venue Operations

The Venue Operations team at the stadium is responsible for facilitating the overall access, ingress and egress of spectators, guests, staff and vehicles at UEFA EURO 2020 venues (stadiums) by supporting the stewarding, access, ticketing, media/TV operations and hospitality projects on matchdays.

The volunteers will play an integral role by helping the projects to implement the matchday access procedures, providing information and directional guidance to spectators, guests and staff and assisting the first-aid teams with translation services.

Domain roles

Venue Operations Lead Volunteer
As a Venue operations Lead Volunteer you are responsible for the Venue Operations Volunteers and you ensure a safe inflow and outflow of all visitors, vehicles and crew in the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Venue Operations Perimeter Volunteer
As a Venue Operations Perimeter Volunteer you are responsible for a safe inflow and outflow of all visitors, vehicles and crew in the Outer Security Perimeter (OSP) of the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Venue Operations Turnstile Volunteer
As a Venue Operations Turnstile Volunteer you are responsible for the safe inflow and outflow of all visitors and crew at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. As an Event Host you also ensure that visitors find the right way to their entrance and profession.
